The challenges of strategy
A colleague recently asked me what were the biggest challenges I faced as a analyst/strategist. I related that what I found most interesting were that companies sometimes miss the most obvious. Either in their quest to become data-driven or when launching a new product. It’s surprising but some may not bother to A/B test changes to the website or refuse to ask their customers what they want out of a product.
In effect, it’s sometimes the small, uncomplicated strategies that can have big impact.
