Sometimes when I think I have an understanding of digital strategies, I'm thrown a curve ball. However, I have compiled a succinct 4-point list of how companies and organizations can achieve digital success.
1. Be the best at 1 thing,
2. Keep it simple to the core (As simple as real life)!
3. Remove any hurdles (i.e. make the sign-up process as simple as possible).
4. Think big!
By no means is this list exhaustive, but I believe this is a good starting point when thinking of how a coordinated digital strategy can help improve your business processes and objectives.
